In our full time Martial Arts & Fitness academy we have a large matted martial arts area, as well as a fully equipped gym area, and a reception/shop area.

With classes in martial arts, fitness, ladies only, kids from 3 years upwards, adults only, competitions, gentle exercise, day time classes, evening classes and more, we have something for the whole family!

We hold regular gradings in every style we teach, and have a succesful competitive team in kickboxing, tae kwon do, shotokan karate and ju jitsu.

So if you want to learn a martial art and get to the top of your sport, or simply want to improve your fitness and make some new friends, we have something for you!
